Shipping

All ProjectPlay orders are sent via GoSweetSpot from our office in Hawke's Bay. Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be processed and ready for courier pick up. We aim for overnight delivery once orders are ready to be collected, however sometimes this is out of our control. We recommend allowing up to 5 business days from door to door. You will receive courier tracking information, so please check it regularly and reach out to us if you have any questions.

 

ALL DELIVERIES ARE NOW CARBON NEUTRAL!

Thanks to Shopify Planet (and at no cost to you!), we now have the ability to offset every one of our courier deliveries with carbon removal! Shopify Planet calculates our shipping emissions for each order we deliver and ensures high-quality carbon removal to neutralize our carbon footprint. How awesome is that!

While we try our hardest to offer you the best value and most accurately priced shipping rates around New Zealand, our rates are ultimately dictated by the courier companies we use.

We've always priced our rates under what the carriers charge us to ship your order to you. Unfortunately, due to the rising cost of delivery, from time to time we'll need to adjust our shipping costs, based on the pricing we receive from our carriers.
